Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Communicating with a family member, loved one, friend or work colleague can be difficult, sometimes leaving us feeling unheard or misunderstood. Through counselling we are able to help you explore relationships, develop a new level of self awareness and learn communication techniques that will help you and your loved ones.
Hi, I'm Kayleigh
I'm a registered member of the BACP (00846297), offering one to one talking therapy in Bournemouth and Poole.
Sometimes life can get difficult, talking to someone in a safe space without fear of judgement can be helpful.
At the heart of my practise is my belief that we all deserve to be who we are.
Through my counselling experience I have been able to work with children and adults facing life's struggles, such as; depression, anxiety, low self- esteem, emotional and physical pain caused by traumatic events, bereavement, loss and the stresses of day to day life.
As a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor my role is to be alongside you, listening, understanding and encouraging you, in an environment in which you feel safe and respected.
Together we can find a way of working that suits your needs and allows you to be heard and understood. With a greater sense of well being and understanding you will feel empowered to make changes and move forward with your life, using tools to help you cope in those difficult times.
My private practise KO-Counselling in Bournemouth, enables me to work with a range of clients in a very personalised way, drawing on 11 years experience of working with children, young people and their families, adults and individuals experiencing more complex mental health needs.
